  • To edit your MTM account information, follow these steps:

    1) Once logged in, click My Account

    2) Click Address Book

    3) You can either add a new address or edit your existing default address

  • To change the billing address associated with your MTM subscription please reach out to info@meetthemusica2z.com

  • If you receive something that is damaged and would like to request a replacement, please submit a replacement request through this form. Once received, we will review and get back to you with next steps.

  • Sometimes you might receive a record that is not to your liking (outside of damages). While we hope that you can give the album a couple of listens before making your verdict, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns on any of our records.

  • As mentioned above, we do not accept returns, so we ask that you give the record a couple more spins. We pride ourselves on selecting great albums we think our members should have in their record collection. If you absolutely do not want the record in your collection, a few ideas include gifting the record to a fellow vinyl lover, selling it on Discogs , or trading it in at a local record store.

  • Hold onto the extra copy, and keep us posted on how the replacement copy is once you receive it.

  • Sometimes you may receive the wrong record or one that you never ordered. No need to panic! Send an email over to info@meetthemusica2z.com, and we will make it right. As far as the records received in error, just hold onto them, on us. This is one of those times where we want to make things better for the inconvenience.

  • If you believe you are missing an item in your package, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package for a replacement.

  • Our automated system will cancel subscriptions after 5 attempts to complete payment are unsuccessful. This is usually due to incorrect, invalid or expired credit card information, billing information, or an issue with funds availability. To edit your payment method, please see the ‘How do I change my recurring payment method?’

  • To change your payment method for subsequent subscription payments, complete the following steps:

    1) Once logged in, click account

    2) Click MTM Subscrption

    3) Scroll down to edit your Active Payment Method

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Meet the Music account and navigating to the “My Account” tab. From there, select the “Subscriptions” button and scroll down to the cancellation section to cancel your subscription moving forward. Answer the question and click “Cancel Subscription.” We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to subscribe again in the future and require any assistance, please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to help.

  • You’re welcome to cancel your subscription anytime, however requests for refunds for MTM subscription payments must be initiated within 24 hours of payment. If you would like to request a refund for a payment, please contact info@meetthemusica2z.com. Cancellation of a subscription does NOT automatically result in cancellation/refund of a completed order/payment. Requests for refunds MUST be submitted to info@meetthemusica2z.com within 24 hours of payment. Subscriptions are cancelled moving forward. If payment has already been completed, you will remain a member until what would have been your next scheduled payment date, and you will receive the last package paid for.

  • Pending cancellation simply means you are finishing out your specified payment period included with your MTM subscription. For example, if your last monthly subscription payment was completed on January 1st, your subscription will remain active until February 1st even if a cancellation is submitted. Once your subscription officially becomes inactive at the conclusion of your payment period, no further payments will be processed. Cancellation of a subscription does NOT automatically result in cancellation/refund of a completed order/payment. You will receive the last package paid for. Please reach out to info@meetthemusica2z.com directly for refund requests.

  • Except in circumstances wherein an error has occurred on our end and incorrect address information was sent to the courier, all MTM packages returned to Meet the Music/misdelivered by the courier/stolen off the porch etc. will be subject to a $5USD reshipment fee within the United States, $10USD to the rest of the world, without exception

  • When you’re logged into your active account, 10% off will be added to your cart automatically. Everyday. Certain exclusions do apply for specialty items, but for the most part, records, and merchandise are now available to you for LESS without having to wait for a special sale to come around. And, of course, don’t forget that you have the opportunity to buy exclusive items in the Meet the Music store..
